Cutting instructions here:

Measure twice, cut once.  Insert the cut belt end in the buckle opening and firmly close the buckle clamp end (the first time you close the buckle on the belt, it will create teeth marks, so press hard on the clamp). Once you do this once, it will be easy to clamp the buckle on and off to interchange it with other belt straps.

Buckles sold separately, so you can easily interchange for a different look!
